Windows 2003 Windows-based product that will electronically distribute files

I need an alternative product to ZENworks for Servers TED - tierd electronic
distribution that copyies files between two servers in two different
organizations. Does anyone know of such a product?

is it master/slave or master/master ? Which volume ?
Any bandwith issue ?
Windows 2003 R2 ?

Need to keep the ACL i guess?
