Windows 98 and Office Pro 2003 to Windows XP and Office Pro 2003 or Win 8.1 and Office Pro 2003

I have found some old floppy discs with photo albums that were backed up/copied from Windows 98 and office pro 97. How can I open and install them on either Win XP or Win 8.1?
