I've had my computer for about two weeks now, and I've tried multiple times to update manually. I've tried to restart the computer when it says "update and restart". It always freezes and never completely shuts down. Other programs have not been able to
update. I've always had to hold down the power button in order to shut down my computer no matter what. Help!
Also, I've tried troubleshooting windows update and it just sat there for half an hour and didn't do anything.
