I registered for the Windows 8 offer and was never notified when it was available. I met the requirements however it is not available now? How can I get the upgrade offer? Oh and it would have been easier to find a 10 leaf clover than to get a support

Can someone please advise how I can redeem this offer as I followed the preregistration but was never notified. Can Microsoft look up my details in the database and get back to me.
