Windows 8 System Service Exception Restart -Increased Frequency

Like others I'm having the system_service_exception problem too. I'm not the most computer savy, so bear with me.
I have an acer aspire one
AMD Dual core processor c70 1.333ghz
2 gb ddr3 memory
