Hi,
I'm using Windows 8 on a new Asus X550C and would like to upgrade to Windows 8.1.
When I click on the Windows 8.1 app (or any other app) in the Windows Store, however, nothing happens. No error message, no nothing.
I use a third-party security software and turned that off temporarily, to no avail.
Can anyone help?
