Hello, I have had my laptop for only 1 month, and have experienced problems since I set it up. Most recently and constantly, my windows 8 laptop is getting a blue screen, saying it has ran into a problem, needs to restart and is saying it has a service_system_exception.
I have read a few forums, and tried changing it to safe mode etc, but this is not working. Could someone please help? Thanks, Emma
