Original Title: Why is the computer acting so erratically?
I was given a Toshiba Satellite computer with Windows 8 as a gift, and it has been working fine for four months. Today I went to use it, and the second I click on any programs, or try to go online it automatically starts glitching... flashing sporadically so quickly I cannot attempt anything at all. The first screen is not skipping when I first sign on, but anything I try to type in to at the start menu brings me to the desktop screen and starts the skipping. Even trying to click on Norton to try to do a scan starts the skipping. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
