Windows 8 Not Going To Sleep Mode_RPC Server Unavailbale Error in Power Section

Hi Team,

My Windows 8 PC not going to sleep mode when I press the sleep button on the Windows Desktop.

I cant also view the power options in the control panel. It is displayer there that

"Your Power plan information is not available. The RPC Server is unavailable".

It was working fin till last month. Kindly help.
