Hi There,
I am currently trying to install windows 8 onto my computer. It currently has windows 7. I am booting from an ISO file on a USB and once I press F11 and boot from this device it freezes on a black background with blue windows logo and doesn't do anything for quite some time. After a while it then says that windows could not start properly. Could you please help with what I should do here to get past this screen?
