Windows 8 for x64-based Systems (KB2781197) FAILED

I can't install Update for Windows 8 for x64-based Systems (KB2781197). I keep getting "Failed 1 Update code 80070026".

Anyone having the same problem? I tried doing a clean boot (disabling all services at startup, using msconfig), but no luck so far.
