Windows 8 failed to download important update (KB2917499). Error: 8020002E

do Microsoft has this kind of problem solution???

I've been trying many methods (online) just to update this lil piece just to upgrade my win8 to wnidows 8.1

I badly need your help just to fix this problem. Thanks!
