Windows 8 error and not being able to install apps

Randomly updating and installing with Windows 8's app store is not working. I even tried Trouble Shooting it and it said the problem was &quotfixed&quot yet the app still couldn't update, and it says there's an error...I tried installing an app and that didn't
work out for me. HELP!
