I have a Surface Pro running 8.1 update 1. I have a wide range of Windows 8 apps that are not launching (Flipboard, Facebook, OneNote, etc). Many apps still work (mail, Internet Explorer, Kindle). For the apps that don't work, live tiles are updating and toast Notifications are firing off.
I've tried:
- Restarting my Surface
- Running WSReset
- Restarting Windows Store Service
- Uninstall and reinstall app
- Change UAC Settings
Any other suggestions? I don't want to reset...
