I have a really annoying problem on all of my Win8 laptops.
Whenever fast startup is enabled, NumLock on the Keyboard is disabled on the Lockscreen. When I turn off
fast startup or do a reboot everything works fine.
This scenario is reproducible and definitely related to the fast startup
setting.
The InitialKeyboardIndicators Key is set up correctly.
As you can log on to Win8 with a PIN this is even more annoying.
Is there any other fix for this available then disabling fast startup?
