Hi all,
today I turned on my Razer Blade anda blue screen came up with the following on the screen:
Recovery
Your PC needs to be repaired
The Boot Configuration Data File is missing some required information.
File: \BCD
Error code: 0xc0000034
You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't have any installation
media (like a disc or usb device), contact your system administrator or pc manufacturer.
Press ESC fpr UEFI Fireware settings
I tried to follow the steps explained here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-system/error-code-0xc0000034-no-recovery-disk-hard-drive/32fad3a7-c498-4597-ace8-20074fcb0cf2, but an error appeared "This product key cannot be used to install a definitive version of Windows 8.1" (I am translating from Italian, so maybe the sentence in English is not this one, but that's the meaning). Obviously Windows 8.1 is original, since I bought the Razer Blade in January 2014.
What can I do? Can you help me?
