After updating I cannot boot. It goes from Alienware and bios bar to a blinking cursor bar for 1 second and then nothing at all. Tried to use the recovery disk but says repair not possible with the version of windows it detects. I also cannot get to 'Safe Mode' by pressing 'F8'. Nothing happens there at all. Please help, I am not great with computer.
Of course I just loaded a bunch of family pics and was about to upload to cloud.
