Windows 7 RC build 7100 has appeared on many torrent sites. Both 32 and 64 bit versions are easy to find and download. Head to your favorite torrent site and do a search for

7100.0.090421-1700_x32fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULXFRER_EN_DVD.iso

to download Windows 7 7100 x32 version.

If you want to download Windows 7 build 7100 x64 then search for

7100.0.090421-1700_x64fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULXFRER_EN_DVD.iso

If you want to wait for the official build 7100 RC release by Microsoft on Technet/MSDN then wait until April 30TH when Windows 7 build 7100 is available for download.
