Before I reformat and reload, I thought I'd ask for a second, or third, or forth, etc. opinion.
I'm working with a Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit HP laptop. 8 GB RAM.
User complained that MS Word (Home and Student 2007) no longer works. Gets corrupted error 1719
I've also found so far
System Restores didn't complete successfully. When I ran it under Windows, it returned an unspecified error. When I ran it using F8 while booting and choosing Repair, it returned 0x800700b7. But then after it booted, it said System Restore was successful. I should have checked System this morning before starting the chkdsk /r that I'm running right now.
So before I reload, any thoughts?
