I am not entirely sure if my machine will work with work with Windows 7 even with the information the upgrade adviser gave me. The one thing that seems like it might be an issue is the sound drivers. The machine is a Gateway Profile 4 which has a 2.4 ghz processor and 80 gb hard drive. I think the computer was on the market around 2003 if that says anything. There is also install disks that came with the computer so you could uninstall and re-install or repair if needed. I am kinda stuck between trying to install windows 7 on this machine or just get a newer computer with Windows 7 on it already.
