Date 10 April 2013: I shut down my desktop computer to received MS updates. It has been stuck for 4 hours saying "Please do not power off or unplug your machine, Installing update 1 of 10...."
Internet connection working fine (my laptop connects well). No issues prior to shutting down, the PC was well up to date.
Should it take this long?
What happens if I do reboot?
