If i am running a 64 bit system will my pc have two files one for 86 bit and one for 64 bit systems ?I use CCleaner i have alot of duplicate files,so it states.They have the same MB,but some of the names are not the same.Which ones can i safely remove?

None of them please turn off the registry cleaner in that or you will do some serious damage to your system!
