I get the error message below when working in Windows 7 64bit.
"There was a problem starting
C:'PROGRA~1/COMMON~1/System/SysMenu.dll"
The specified module could not be found."
All widows updates have been done as of July 1st 2014. Have also run multiple (thorough) anti-virus and anti-malware (etc.) scans, without resolution. Please assist if possible and thank you for your help.
