My computer is set up to download and install automatic updates. Yesterday it froze on installing the new service pack (it froze on 17 of 82). I restarted my computer and it then went through the download and installation process. Upon rebooting I could
get to the log on screen in Windows, but before I could even enter my password the screen went black and then flashed to the log in screen again, then went blue. It cycled through the three of these repeatedly. I couldn't even get CTRL ALT DEL to work and
my power button wouldn't work either. I had to unplug and remove my battery. I was able to hit F12 on the reboot and run diagnostics, everything checked out fine. I then started it in safe mode and ran Malwarebytes and Symantics and everything came back
clean. I tried to uninstall the service pack update, but It just froze my system and wouldn't uninstall it. Please help! I don't know what else to do or where else to look.
