Anyway I can change windows explorer to open at the local disc "c" with out going through 'computer", etc.?

Whenever I delete an item from the start button, it is back next time I power up. Anything I can do or live with it?

Thanks,
Barnnie

Put this in the Target under properties on C:\ drive.

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,C:\

Put a shortcut on your desktop or Quick Launch and use something like this to have Windows Explorer open where you want it:

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /e, c:\

Thanks everyone. They all worked. I am using the shortcut suggestion.
Thanks again,
