Window 7 update problem

Am using window 7, and i cant update any software. every time I try to update it only show &quot#ElementModuleHeaderText#&quot and other words like &quot#ActionCustormInstallImportantText#&quot i tried microsoft fix it but nothing and i also tried to get information from
the internet but no help. How do I solve these problem?
