Window 7 Ultimat. Neither controls work. Powering Off then On brings previous session.

After awhile (20 minutes or so) the screen becomes black. Mouse & keyboard do not functioning. Have to hold power button for about 10 seconds to power off the PC. Then with power on, the previous session came back, like after screen saver.
