I had windows 8 ( Single Language pack ) pre-installed in my laptop. I purchased windows 8 pro key using Add Features link. Since, I cannot use the key for fresh installation, i planned to return the product and contacted Microsoft India Customer care. I was asked to sign eLOD for the same. I received a mail on the same.
When I followed the link and provided the order details, I was thrown error "Unable to view Order summary page". But, I was able to see the page for another order for which return has not been requested.
Since I am not able to view Order summary page only for a return requested product, i think it is a cheat by Windows.
