Hi

is there any way to identify the processes are on the task manager?

I have processes that I think are unnecessary and are slowing me down...

I have sp4 installed and 1 gig of ram and I defrag and clean my registry
regularly but my system is slower than when I had 1/2 gig of ram...

any ideas or suggestions?

thanks to all, bob

Hello promicro,

If you clean your registry by hand or software, search there for your problems.
By default you NEVER have to "clean" it yourself.
