Good morning everyone,
My second-hand computer (Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop running Win XP Pro [SP3]) did not come with a
backup CD. From what I have read, there are imaging programs like
Acronis & Shadow Protect
which can create an image of everything,
including the operating system onto a CD/DVD or USB flash drive which can then be used to recover the
same computer if it should become
completely unbootable.
My question(s): Do imaging programs actually re-install everything, including the
operating system itself? If not, where can I acquire a
LEGITIMATE WIn XP Pro SP3 backup CD to use?
Thank you for your time and any info!
