wifi connection settings of proxy network

hi , i am using samsung sgh i637 with windows 6.1.while i am trying to connect to our university wifi network it is not getting connected.our network is a proxy network.i did all the setting correctly but it doesnot connect the error it shows is server certificate is not valid cannot login to wireless network as it provides an certificate which is not valid please help me in setting
