After updating windows software in particular " Internet Explorer 10" I get the following message when Windows live mail is attempting to send and receive e-mails from Hotmail accounts. My one non Hotmail account does not report an error.

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072F19.
In order to receive and send my Hotmail messages I have restored my computer to an earlier time. Can anyone help resolve this matter. I have tried the Fix it program but that does not help.
