Why would the software designers at Microsoft be so arrogant to their loyal customers?

To totally change the format of Windows with the new format of Windows 8, thus making their customers all relearn Windows is not only arrogant, to treat their customers like this, it is an extremely poor business decision. This lack of respect for your customers is setting the stage for a resourceful competitor to step up and take this business. To change the entire format of Windows has disrupted lives, how thoughtless! Really??
