My computer restarted yesterday without me instructing it to do so.
Beforehand a menu had appeared at the bottom of the screen with various options, but I didn't click on any of them.
Some hours later and after another reboot the screen suddenly went blue and I was prompted to click on my username.
?
Any ideas as to why this would happen and is there anything I can do to prevent it happening again?
