This download has been appearing for 2 weeks for installation and I download it. It NEVER installs and within 15 minutes, the microsoft update icon in bottom right corner shows up and AGAIN wants me to download the same Security Update [KB2799494]. I have
tried everything to fix this according to forums, including microsoft.
The STRANGEST part of this is that when I click to "view installed updates", NOTHING APPEARS.
So, I am stuck and I hope someone can help me. If anyone needs any further computer information, please be specific and hopefully we can get me through this
