Why Windows 7 isn't booting?

Recently, Windows 7 have downloaded some updates and after restarting my PC, it was showing that "updates are installing don't turn off your PC". Unfortunately, there was a power failure and my pc restarted. The problem has started from that time, when
I'm trying to start Windows 7, it gives me 2 options
  • Boot repair (recomended)
  • Start Windows normally
So ran the boot repair option and after successful boot repair. My PC restarted again. Then I select "Start Windows normally". After selecting that, there is a message pops up
Fatal error C0000034 applying update operation 170 of 71128 (_00000..), just below the glowing windows icon on the boot screen. And nothing happens from that time. I've waited even for 30 mins and nothing happens at all.I don't know how to solve this problem. Please help.
