Original title: Outlook Express failure
I apologize if I am in the wrong category, but there isn't one for Outlook Express. I've run into a strange problem with OE. My client is still using OE for their email, and one person suddenly lost the ability to receive emails. After some digging, I found that their inbox.dbx folder was over the 2 gig capacity. Fiddling with that fixed the problem.
But, my question is why was the inbox folder full when there were no messages showing in the folder? When I opened OE to try and fix the issue, the inbox was empty! Second question is how do I keep this from happening again?
