Hi, all.

I have updated the BIOS of my motherboard, but it is the newest version of
the year 2006, wouldn't the producer ASROCK develop it any more?

Thank you for your help!

If you're asking why there is no BIOS for your motherboard newer than 2006,
you'd best ask the manufacturer directly. But 2006 wasn't very long ago, and
a BIOS update isn't something you'd do on a regular basis anyway.

Perhaps there is no reason to change it. It isn't like cars where there
is a new model release every year.

The reason is simple: Asrock has decide not to continue with
"development" of any BIOS for your motherboard. Asrock may not be
producing any more of that model of motherboard.

Why ask HERE? What does this have to do with XP? NOTHING.

Perhaps you should ask your BIOS manufacturer?

And not a terribly good officer, either. I suspect he steals apples from
pushcarts.

Even an ass like you can't deny the question has nothing to do with
the OS - hence it does not belong here.

I looks like everyone else disagrees with you, so I suggest that you go boil
your head.
