Why is Windows update giving me the following error codes?

My laptop HP Pavilion DV7 Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium SP1. 8GB Ram, 285GB HD (104 Free).I attempted to install 21 important updates all related to security fixes. All failed. I received 3 error codes.80071A30, 643, &amp 800B0100.I tried booting into safe mode &amp renaming the SoftwareDistribution folder, then trying again. I tried running the Windows
Update Troubleshooter. Both solutions did not get rid of the errors.
