Why does LAN speed change from 100 Mbps to 10 Mbps?

On the right-bottom corner, it shows the LAN status, which is 10 Mbps （10baseT full Duplex ) or （10baseT half Duplex）at once, after I disconnect the network and reconnect it, it would back to 100 Mbps. （100baseTX full Duplex）or（100baseTX half Duplex）

Would it be a sign of hardware failure?


Does anyone have any suggestions?
