It's happened a few times now. Windows updates (Win 8 pro x64) are restoring the Podcasts Library (which I have deleted previously), and also restore the "Recent places" and "Downloads" favourite shortcuts in explorer, which I also have deleted previously.
It's just a bit annoying I see no reason for it.
