Why do Internet Explorer Wallpaper go blank?

Does anyone have any suggestions on why Internet Explorer Wallpaper go blank?
When the user work on PC, and her Internet Explorer Wallpaper go blank, and
show only white background, does anyone have any suggestions on whay cause
this problem? and how to fix it. At this moment, I still can select other
wallpaper as a background image.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Internet Explorer doesn't have "wallpaper."

If you're opening links (or even your homepage) and only get a blank (empty)
page, is Magentic installed (http://www.magentic.com/)?

Thank you very much for your suggestions
Under this forum, you can see the Windows XP image, please right click this
image and set it as a background, then your background will display this
image. In my case, the background go into a blank write paper with unknown
reason, and I have check the background for the desktop change into blank
white color. Do you have any suggestions on what cause this problem and how
to solve it?

I'm not accessing this newsgroup via the web-interface you're using.

If you're referring to your desktop wallpaper, try saving the image to your
harddrive first, then selecting it as your background.
