Why do addresses get repeated every time when using copy paste????

[AWS]

I have to send messages with hotmail to multiple contacts every week on bbc (hidden mail) but when i use the copy paste system as there are around 30 addresses most of the addresses are repeated 2 or 3 times and nobody wants to receive the same message
3 times !!! How can i avoid this problem???? please help me!!!!
