These "Addressbar-less", "Toolbar-less" and "Menu-less" windows are
programmed by website developers, and are used for various reasons.
However, since the release of Internet Explorer 7, website developers
can no longer hide the address bar, even if they wanted to. This helps
to prevent "phishing" sites from faking known legitimate sites...
