Hi all 
I have an old Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop(2GB RAM, 32bit) currently running Windows vista. I say running, crawling would be a more accurate description.
I would like to remove Vista and install a Linux distro, primarily to make things faster.
Any recommendations for which distro? I was going to go for Lubuntu, but was wondering whether you reckon it would be up to Ubuntu, or anything else you could suggest, for that matter.
Just looking for some opinions and help for a Linux beginner.
