Where to go to resolve missing channel in Windows Media Center Program Guide

Hi folks,


Hoping someone like Barb Bowman (or someone with some connection to whatever part of the Windows Media Center team that still exists) can help me with this. I am missing a channel in my lineup. It's channel 668 (Discovery HD), and my program guide is for Seattle, Comcast King County South (Digital). I've spoken with Comcast, with Ceton Corp (making of my digital cable tuner card), and with Zap2it (provider of program guide info for WMC). All of them confirm that a) 668 is in my enlistment, b) 668 is tunable by my card, and c) listings for 668 are included in Zap2it's current program guide data. My program guide data is also fully up-to-date according to WMC. Zap2it suggested that I use this website to submit the issue to Microsoft:

I've seen other, older posts in this community directing folks to this website as well. Well, whatever used to be here for submitting feedback appears to have been taken down. I can sign in, I can click the "Surveys" link, but the Surveys page lists no active or completed surveys.


Is there a new preferred way to report this type of issue? Please help me connect with the right resources at Microsoft to resolve this issue.
