Where is the Program

When I go to the Uninstall a Program screen, a program named "Microsoft
Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable" is listed with a file size of 5.2 mb. Yet,
I can't find such a program anywhere except on that screen. Any Ideas?
 
The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package installs runtime
components of Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed
with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2005 installed
