Where do I get Win7 drivers for my HTC Touch Diamond 2

I'm using an HTC Touch Diamond 2 (with Windows Phone OS6.5 installed). I can't seem to get Windows 7 to recognize the device for syncing the phone with Outlook 2007. Please advice.
