Still looking for the fix for Microsoft Picture It 2002 to overcome RUNTIME ERROR "Abnormal Program Termination"

Thanks to Vollunteer J for sending the patch. Big hangup in getting it installed was GOOGLE CHROME. Once I removed it all went perfectly.................
