Original title: I can't change my Primary Alias

I have a Microsoft account, using Windows 8.

I have a Primary alias, AND a second email address - alias.

I try to make the second alias my Primary Alias and each time I get a message - -Can't change at this time - Try again later. Have been trying for two weeks!

Help please.
